Expected Use:

This component displays a grid of Support Category tile items, each requiring a unique icon and title to illustrate and describe the Support Category represented. VN018 Support Tiles are only to be used to represent Support Categories on the Support page.

Building the Navigation:

Nothing is required in the VN018 Collection other than the teasable Item you are using for the contents and setting the Layout Variant to VN018. The title, body copy, CTA label and image all come from the teasable documents you include in the Item list. The grid of visual tiles illustrates various categories of support related content with links to category child pages.

For the teasable Item, you can use any teasable content such as a a Teaser, External Link, Page, Download or Video. Your teasable Item should contain the following:

• Teaser Title - The main headline of your navigation tile.
• Teaser Text - The body copy of your navigation tile. This is not required.
• Pictures and Other Media - This is the image on the navigation tile.
• CTA - As the entire tile is the CTA, there is no specific CTA or text needed to be set for this.
