• This is a resource for all Emerson authors and stakeholders. This is an internal only site and is only accessible for those who are on the Emerson network. Consider this content to be a wiki and feel free to edit or add content to improve the usage of this information.

Location of content:

• Please be aware that the content on this site is updated every sprint and published on S1. The authoring of content should be done only in D1. The content is copied from D1 to S1 during the stage deployment each sprint. Any changes made in S1 will be overwritten in the deployment process.

Creating New Pages:

• When creating a new page for Content Management, regardless of where you place it in the folder structure, all pages should be children of the Content Management page and be listed under the Navigation tab. Please do not add children to any other pages that are already children of Content Management. This will keep the URL structure simple. Do the same when creating new pages for Governance. Please make all new governance pages children of the Governance page and not children of any other page.

Naming Convention and Folder Structure:

• Please make every effort to keep the CoreMedia folder structure and file names as neat as possible and utilize the existing naming conventions and folder structure when creating new content.
