Expected Use:

Contact spots provide access to three different types of online communication: customer support email, phone, or live chat. A separate tile represents each communication type. On selection of a tile, a page dedicated to communication type opens. This component is used wherever there is a need to present various contact options, specifically in Support sections.

Building the Component:

For C062 Collection, include a Teaser Title, the main headline of the component and set the Layout Variant to C062. The body copy or description is optional. Images are not used. CTAs are pulled from the teasers added to the component. From the added teasers, the CTA opens up to a dedicated page per communication type

On the Content Tab, you will need to add 3 Teasers as Items. You can set your Teaser Target to any of the valid communication types such as a page, phone dialer, email application or live chat. Your Teaseable Items should contain the following:

• Add the first teaser
  • Create a Teaser
  • ]Teaser Title - this is the main title of the communication type that will appear inside a white box that flexes to accomodate the size of the title. Set the title to "Contact Us".
  • Teaser Text, Image and Items are not used in this component.  
  •  CTA and Teaseable Content - No specific CTA text needed to be set for this as the Teaser Title will be used as CTA Label for the Teaser. You need to add a teasable content link that drives to a target page with detailed contact information. This CTA is entered in the Call-to-Action-Button section with the radio button selection of "Use Linked Call-to-Action Label" where you will drop your teasable content.  
  • Set Layout Variant to Default. 
  • Add this "Contact Us" teaser to C062 Collection
• Add the the second teaser 
  • Create a Teaser
  • Teaser Title -  Set the title to "Call Us" or "specify a phone number" or "Email Us" 
  • CTA and Teaseable Content - Same steps as in the first teaser. The only thing different is, you will need to drop the teasable content link that drives to a target phone dialer or email application, as applicable.  
  • The Teaser Text and Image are not used per teaser. 
  • Set Layout Variant to Default. 
  • Add this "Call Us" teaser to C062 Collection
• Add the third teaser. 
  • Create a Teaser
  • Teaser Title - Set the title to "Live Chat"
  • CTA and Teaseable Content - Same steps as the first teaser. Then drop a teasable content link that drives to a target Live Chat application. 
  • The Teaser Text and Image are not used per teaser. 
  • Set Layout Variant to Default. 
  • Add this "Live Chat" teaser to C062 Collection

Authors have the option to add and select a Background Color via the collection's Content tab under the Background Color section.
