Expected Use:

The Case Study Sidebar Contact displays business contact information in the left rail of the L026 Case Study layout, and can only be used as supplemental or optional part of this layout. The component typically includes an eyebrow that reads “Contact” followed by a brief description of the business to contact, an email address and a phone number. The primary use of this component is to help users continue their purchase journey after reading a case study by providing the them with relevant contact information. 

Building the Component:

On the Content Tab, include a Teaser Title and Text and set the Layout Variant to C042 to display a Case Study Sidebar Contact. Items, Image and CTAs are not used for this component. This component can only be added to a Case Study Grid layout (i.e. it should be added to the left column of the "Case Study 1x2 Grid". Your Component should contain the following:

• Teaser Title - The title for this component. Standard usage you will set to "Contact". 
• Teaser Text - This is the body copy that provide contact information details on the case study. There are no images or captions used with this component. The body copy can have a maximum of 3 rows on desktop which includes:. 
  • Short description text
  • Email Address: 1 email address entry per component. This should be set up as an external link in the Rich Text Editor with the format "mailto:[email protected]". Make sure that your email address is set to open a new window.
  • Phone Number: 1 phone number per component. This should be set up as an external link in the Rich Text Editor with the format "tel:+13146798984" This will ensure that the phone number is configured to launch a mobile phone dialer.

You can create an Internal Link Target (link to a content item in the Rich Text Editor menu) containing the link for C042 in the left column of the Case Study 1x2 Grid by typing a text label (the text label is for reference only and will not show in the component) and then adding an Internal Link. Drag and drop the C042 Collection on the Internal Link Target. Set the link to "Show Embedded".
