Expected Use:

This 30/70 Text/Image component is used in conjunction with the C016 Horizontal Tabs in your Industry Application or Technology "How To" pages. You may use this component by itself, but it is not recommended as no headline is available without manual styling in the content management system. This is useful also when you have an image or diagram that requires a text description. The component contains a block of copy that describes the image to its right. 

Building the Component:

1. For the main C028 Collection, your component should contain the following: 

• Teaser Title - The main headline of your component. This is not used for this component. 
• Teaser Text - The body copy of your component. This will appear on the left around 30% of the screen. Text should not exceed ¾ the height of the image on this component.
• Pictures and Other Media - This includes the image/video shown on the component. 
• CTA Label and Teasable Content - The CTA is optional for this component. 
  • If used, the CTA drives to additional technology information or to a product or product category.
  • The linked info can be any of the following teasable content: Pages, External Link, Download and Videos. You can select "Linked Call-to-Action" and the CTA Label will come from linked content. 
• Set the Layout Variant to "C028".

2. Create a C016 component and follow the steps outlined on the C016 Author Guide. 

• Teaser Title - The main headline or label of your component.
• On the Items Section - add the C028 components.  
• Teaser Text, Teaser Header, Picture and Other Media and CTA Label and Teasable Content - These are not used for this component as the content comes from the C028 component. 

Note that at the moment, the Background Color cannot be modified for this component.
