Expected Use:

For popular brands and products, the handcrafted search result will provide a featured preview of essential information and links for the brand or product related to the user’s search terms. This Search generates quick action by the user due to brand results or important product information provided. 

The Handcrafted Search Result is a component that appears when a user enters a popular brand or product term in the search bar. Instead of traditional results, the result generates the “handcrafted result”, tailored to provide essential brand or product information related to the user’s search terms to enable quick action by the user.

The component appears directly below the page title and above the Zoned Search Results page tabs listing generic search results on the Search Results page. **Note: This component replaces both “SE001 Handcrafted Search—Products” and “SE002 Handcrafted—Brands” components, which are now superceded and should no longer be used for any newly authored handcrafted search result content.

How to Build:

There are two options for the SE003: (a) use with a product teaser , and (b) use with any image. You can add up to three "hyperlinked" CTAs to direct users to content related to the handcrafted search.

Your Component should contain following:

• Teaser Title - The title of your component. This is left aligned at the top of the component.
• Teaser Text - The body copy of your component. This is left aligned immediately under the title.
• Pictures and Other Media - When NOT using a Product Teaser, this includes the Image shown on the right of the component. 
• Items - When not using a Picture, you can add a Product Teaser for the image and the first hyperlink. When using a Product Teaser for the Image, you MUST add the Product Teaser as the first item in the Items List. For additional hyperlinks, you can add any teasable content (Teaser, Page, External Link, etc.) When using a Product Teaser you can add two additional teasable items. When using a Picture you can add up to three teasable items. Note, the first hyperlink defaults to "Product Details" regardless of whether you use a Product Teaser or other teasable content. Other Items refer to the Teaser Title for the hyperlink text.

Note that you have the option to pick and choose a preferred "Background Color" under the Content Tab. 

Note: When using a Product Teaser, 

• The Teaser Title of the Product Teaser defaults to the Product Title from the catalog. This can be overwritten in the Teaser Title if desired.
• While the Long Description is pulled into the Product Teaser from the catalog, it does not populate any other field. You will need to copy and paste this into your Teaser Text or write new Teaser Text for this component usage.
